Sydney's Best Lamingtons
Named one of Sydney’s ‘7 Best Lamingtons’ by Time Out Sydney, our range of classic redux lamingtons is also our customer’s favourite. The chocolate & coconut-covered vanilla sponge cake is super moist with layers of unexpected deliciousness.
In 2019, we created 2 special flavoured lamingtons for Jean-Paul Gaultier’s official perfume launch in Sydney at Carriageworks – Adam for Le Beau, with a creamy coconut & almond flavour and Eve for La Belle, a red velvet lamington with sweet vanilla & pear flavour. Both topped with shimmering desiccated coconut dipped in gold.
