Description
Our Christmas Puddings are made with our signature one-year-old matured fruit mince. Steamed for 9 hours in sealed containers, they are dark, moist, boozy and bursting in rich flavours. Each pudding is individually hand wrapped with our custom-made festive fabric.
Ingredients
Dates, apricots, figs, sultanas, apples, lemons, oranges, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, cloves, ginger, cocoa powder, dairy, eggs, flour, wheaten corn flour, mineral salt (339,341,450,500), coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, apple vodka, brandy, whiskey and sherry.

Contains Wheat, Egg, Milk, Gluten, Honey and Alcohol. May contain traces of Nuts.

How to serve:
The puddings are steamed, fully cooked and ready to eat. Best served with custard, cream, or brandy butter.
Reheat recommendations:
Microwave:Loosen the lid and microwave on medium-high power for 10 minutes or until warmed through. Careful when opening the lid after heating.
Steaming: Steam for one hour. Careful when opening the lid after heating.
Storage
Will stay fresh for Christmas as long as they remain sealed and unopened.
