Product
The process of making our fruit mince pies takes about a year. They are boozy, bursting in rich flavours and encased with our signature gingerbread. Production begins each year in early January when hand cut dried fruits are loaded into storage vats with Christmas spices, dark chocolate and generous amount of spirits. The vats are then stored, carefully monitored and fed regularly with alcohol until they are fully matured in late November. From December we begin baking the gingerbread cases daily. Soft and flavoursome, they are made with honey, Christmas spices, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, the perfect match with our aged fruit mince.

Dates, apricots, figs, sultanas, apples, lemons, oranges, dark chocolate, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, star anise, cocoa powder, dairy, eggs, flour, wheaten corn flour, mineral salt (339,341,450,500), coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, apple vodka, brandy, whiskey and sherry.

Storage
Will stay fresh for a month as long as they remain sealed and unopened.
