Description
Our Christmas cakes are baked with our signature one-year-old matured fruit mince. They are dark, moist, bursting in rich fruity flavours with just the right amount of toasted almonds and walnuts. They are individually hand wrapped with festive ribbons.

Dates, apricots, figs, sultanas, apples, lemons, oranges, almonds, walnuts, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, cloves, ginger, cocoa powder, dairy, eggs, flour, wheaten corn flour, mineral salt (339,341,450,500), coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, apple vodka, brandy, whiskey and sherry.
